Not only is Sam one of the most dependable people I've ever worked with since she is always so on top of things, but she also possesses great communication skills, always contributes quality content to the Lunch, and has the interpersonal skills necessary to effectively connect with users on the site, which are all very important qualities to have when working in social media. Also in that time, she has assisted in and/or facilitated in the growth of each of the brands by more than 1,000% through effective and time-sensitive engagement of communities, customer services inquiries; creative posting methods; content that is fun and encourages the audience to engage with questions, fill-in-the-blanks and such; as well as keeping on top of trends and topics that people are discussing on social media when it's relevant. Basically, she is a content queen. She knows what people will respond both positively and negatively to, as well as how and when to deliver it for maximum effectiveness. 

She has facilitated contests and campaigns run through the growing Offerpop platform, planning content, coordinating creative assets with design teams, and assessing timelines and strategies that have proven highly effective within the limitations of budget and time set. She makes a little stretch a long way. 

When industry news breaks, she is on it, getting to the community quickly with thoughtful responses and effective crisis control. However, she also recognizes which trends to focus on and those that can be ignored in respect of a brand's best use of social media.
